QA Lead / Test Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead/Test Manager to drive quality assurance for our digital banking and fintech platforms. You will own both hands‑on testing and cross‑team quality oversight, ensuring releases meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate continuous testing alongside active development, avoiding code‑freeze bottlenecks.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialist testing roles.
• Administer defect‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and enforce release governance.
• Provide clear visibility of test findings to downstream teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading QA/test management for digital banking, fintech, or large‑scale financial‑services platforms.
• Experience with concurrent/continuous testing models.
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic quality oversight.
• Experience managing external technical resources.

Required skills

• Jira (defect‑tracking tool administration)
