About the role
The Quality Assurance Analyst will support Mogo Kenya's device financing portfolio by ensuring that all processes meet the company’s quality standards. This role focuses on monitoring, reviewing, and improving the financing workflow to protect both the business and its customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance checks on device financing processes to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Monitor financing transactions for accuracy, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to operational teams.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good understanding of debt collection processes.
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback clearly and professionally.
- Highly adaptable, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
