Quality Specialist

About the role

The Quality Specialist will support CloudFactory’s quality management framework in Nairobi, ensuring that processes, documentation and service delivery meet established standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support quality management tasks, including creation and maintenance of work instructions and SOPs.
• Assist with quality control activities, inspections and evidence collection for audits.
• Prepare and update quality documentation and reports.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing and method reviews.
• Monitor service delivery metrics and liaise with stakeholders on SLA performance.
• Capture and classify knowledge content, seeking expert advice when needed.
• Apply change control procedures for standard, low‑risk changes and track change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or related documentation roles.
• Proven ability to analyse data, solve problems and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, collaboration and planning activities.
