Quality System Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Quality System Audit Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, facilities and products meet the required hygiene, safety and quality standards. This role involves conducting a wide range of audits across the factory to verify compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Personnel Hygiene Audit – verify employee attire, hand washing, disinfection, mask usage and work clothing.
• Workshop Environment Audit – monitor temperature, humidity, cleanliness, disinfection and pest control.
• Process Audit – confirm operations follow SOPs, inspections are performed as required, first‑article inspections are completed and patrol inspections are conducted.
• Product Quality Audit – assess product dimensions, appearance and laboratory test results against specifications.
• Equipment Audit – review equipment operation processes, including inspection and maintenance activities.
• Document and Record Audit – examine inspection forms, test records, training records and process documentation for proper execution.
• Warehouse Material Quality Audit – check for expired, non‑conforming, near‑expiry, damaged, dirty or wet materials and verify correct placement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biological Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in internal factory process audits, preferably within hygiene product manufacturing.
