R Developer - Delivery Manager

About the role

The IT Associate will support daily operations and project initiatives while acting as a delivery manager for R‑based data visualisation tools. The role combines software engineering, client interaction, and internal escalation for Office 365 and other applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and maintain R/R Shiny visualisation pipelines.
• Gather client requirements, implement changes, and enhance existing processes.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in production code.
• Assist project managers in extracting data from multiple databases into Excel via custom queries.
• Support office build‑outs, facilities coordination, and AI governance initiatives such as Copilot.
• Maintain documentation, perform disaster‑recovery testing, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering and data‑focused applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
• Experience with R Shiny for interactive visualisation.
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS S3 storage.
• Advanced Excel skills for data extraction and reporting.
