About the role

The Real Estate Advisor will promote residential developments at Oaklands, Tatu City, by generating new sales leads, organising site visits and representing the company at fairs and exhibitions. The role supports the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on product price, size and location.
Prospect, originate and close sales for Oaklands residential projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and brokerage firms to drive sales.
Plan and coordinate open days, client presentations and other lead‑generation initiatives.
Attend seminars, trade shows and exhibitions to gather market intelligence.
Record all sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and produce quarterly market reports.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business studies or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in real‑estate sales, marketing or business development.
Extensive network within Kenyan business circles.
