Real Estate Development & Asset Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Development & Asset Manager will lead land administration, new‑build projects and portfolio performance for an established property investment operation in Thika. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure legal integrity of titles, secure statutory approvals and drive value creation across the asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage land title verification, lease administration and compliance with Kenyan land registries.
• Oversee new‑build development processes from concept to handover, coordinating architects, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of the existing property portfolio, preparing financial and operational reports.
• Lead statutory approval processes, including permits, zoning and environmental clearances.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to structure transactions and protect asset value.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in real‑estate development or asset management.
• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, Law or related field.
• Strong understanding of Kenyan land law, registration procedures and development regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
