Real Estate Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Marketer to drive property sales, generate high‑quality leads and nurture lasting client relationships in the Lagos market. The role combines marketing, business development and sales activities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for property sales and investment leads.
• Promote the company’s real‑estate portfolio across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors and corporate clients.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost property sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and new developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in real‑estate sales, marketing or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferred).

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of ₦300,000 per month plus a 10% commission.
