Real Estate Sales Agent – Multiple Openings

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiate sale terms.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Maintain an active pipeline of buyers and investors, following up promptly on inquiries.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and investors.
• Assist clients with documentation, coordinate with legal and finance teams, and ensure accurate sales records.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate sales or property marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and motivated to earn commissions.
