Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective buyers through various sales and marketing channels.
• Conduct property viewings, present features, and guide clients through the sales process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate new leads via networking, referrals, digital platforms, and follow up consistently.
• Promote properties through social media, online platforms, and property exhibitions.
• Negotiate professionally within approved pricing and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of sales and documentation.
• Stay informed about market trends and provide regular sales activity reports.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment.
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management and lead follow‑up.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
