Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Representative will identify and engage prospective property buyers, present projects professionally, and guide clients through the sales process. This full‑time position is based in Westlands, Nairobi and focuses on achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective property buyers through various sales channels.
• Present and explain real estate projects accurately and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the real estate industry in a sales role.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.

Required skills

• Basic salary of KES 30,000 per month, payable upon achieving at least one unit sold.
• Attractive commission on every successful sale according to the company’s commission structure.
• Potential earnings between KES 15,000 and KES 30,000 per month.
