Recruiter – Full-cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partner closely with hiring leaders, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and managers alike. This role operates in a fast‑moving environment where you will influence hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every touchpoint.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for U.S. positions.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
