Regional Brand Ambassador

About the role

The primary purpose of the Regional Brand Ambassador role is to passionately champion and elevate the presence of our premium brands throughout the Classic and third‑party markets. The role involves establishing a strong brand presence, cultivating relationships with industry partners, and ensuring our products are widely recognized and appreciated.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of the premium brand portfolio and educate distributors, retailers and consumers on product features and benefits.
• Support the Trade Marketing Associate in executing regional trade marketing strategy, monitoring activation performance and planning promotional events, tastings and brand activations.
• Gather market feedback and consumer insights to inform marketing and product development strategies.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, embodying brand values, managing internal and external communications and liaising with key brand influencers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance on brand playbooks and ensuring alignment with global guidelines.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the alcohol sector.
• Strong knowledge of the local alcohol market in Africa.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Fluency in English.
