REIT Manager

About the role

The REIT Manager will lead Acorn's integrated real‑estate platform, ensuring optimal performance of rental housing assets and delivering value for investors. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management across the full investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition, development, disposal, leasing and ongoing management of REIT properties.
• Drive financial performance and reporting for the REIT portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements (CISI, ICIFA).
• Maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders through transparent communication.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional finance qualification (CFA, CAIA, MBA) preferred.
• At least 5 years of analytical experience in the investment space.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; experience with financial modelling is a plus.
• Self‑starter with high personal integrity and a results‑driven attitude.
