Remote Go Software Engineer – AI Dialog Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Go Software Engineer to help build the next generation of dialog agents for education, entertainment, and question‑answering applications. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code and solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and best practices.
• Organize development cycles, set priorities, and define project goals and deadlines.
• Resolve complex coding issues using Go expertise during AI validation and system integration.
• Validate the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI‑generated code.
• Analyze code, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with proven ability to lead teams.
• Experience with AI systems and code‑creation technologies, including LLM model training.
• Active contributions to public GitHub repositories, including feature development and code refactoring.
