Remote Vulnerability Researcher – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Vulnerability Researcher to join a global technology leader. In this full‑time position you will conduct deep technical analysis of software, uncover security flaws, and help improve the overall security posture of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic analysis of codebases and infrastructure to detect vulnerabilities.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept exploits to validate findings and assess impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to triage, prioritize, and remediate security issues.
• Research emerging threats, zero‑day vulnerabilities, and novel attack vectors.
• Document technical findings, risk assessments, and mitigation recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong background in software security and vulnerability research.
• Hands‑on experience with reverse engineering and exploit development.
• Ability to produce clear technical reports for diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Go.
• Experience with reverse‑engineering tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja.
• Familiarity with fuzzing frameworks like AFL, LibFuzzer, or Honggfuzz.
• Knowledge of buffer overflows, race conditions, injection flaws, and memory‑corruption techniques.
• Understanding of network protocols, OS internals, and secure development lifecycle practices.
