Returns Management & UPC – Consumer Electronics

About the role

The Returns Management & UPC role is responsible for overseeing the collection, inspection, and processing of used parts and product returns within the consumer electronics supply chain. You will coordinate with service partners, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with e‑waste regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and update the Used Parts Collection (UPC) system for warranty payments and test PBA/OCTA units for target models.
• Manage monthly scrapping and quarterly shipment of faulty parts to headquarters in Korea.
• Execute goods receiving in the CS‑Portal for inspected parts and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Produce weekly reports on returned parts and follow up with ASC partners on pending collections.
• Inspect MX/CE product returns, coordinate monthly scrapping, and organize quarterly auction/resale of returned units.
• Coordinate e‑waste collection, approve payments, and upload scrap reports to GMP/SAP systems.
• Train service partners on warranty and return processes.
• Handle credit note issuance for returned parts and ensure safe keeping until resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in returns management, warehouse operations, inventory control or reverse logistics within the consumer electronics industry.
