Revenue Assistant

About the role

The Revenue Assistant will support the property management team by optimizing pricing and maximizing revenue across multiple short‑term rental platforms. You will work closely with reservations and management to ensure occupancy targets are met while maintaining competitive rates.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends and competitor benchmarking.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies and manage promotions such as early‑bird, last‑minute and custom offers.
• Optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other OTAs by improving titles, descriptions, photos and amenities.
• Synchronize availability calendars across all platforms to avoid double bookings.
• Track and report key performance metrics including impressions, CTR, conversion rate, RevPAR and occupancy percentages.
• Identify under‑performing listings and propose actionable improvements.
• Monitor competitor rates in real time and analyse local events, holidays and seasonal patterns.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns and advise management on revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations or short‑term rental operations.
• Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com and OTA performance metrics.
• Experience with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
• Background in data analysis or operations is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
