Revenue Manager – Subscription & Billing

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our client’s fast‑growing Revenue Operations team. The role will act as the “glue” between Product, Finance and Engineering, ensuring that subscription sales, billing, and contract processes are accurate, scalable and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain subscription infrastructure that automatically handles billing, access provisioning and financial reporting.
• Implement and optimise usage‑based / metered billing models for high‑volume marketplace products.
• Ensure revenue recognition follows ASC 606 principles and supports global compliance.
• Integrate billing platforms with ERP systems such as Workday or NetSuite and manage payment gateway configurations.
• Collaborate with the Quote‑to‑Cash team to streamline contract generation, execution and lifecycle management.
• Analyse complex data sets to troubleshoot billing issues and support financial reconciliation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Subscription Management or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with at least one major billing platform (Zuora, Salesforce Billing, Chargebee or Stripe Billing).
• Strong understanding of usage‑based billing, ASC 606 revenue recognition and PCI compliance.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets for troubleshooting and reporting.
