Rewards and Organization Development Specialist

About the role

MSF Eastern Africa is seeking a Rewards and Organization Development Specialist to support its mission in Kenya. The role focuses on designing and implementing reward systems and strengthening organizational development initiatives while promoting an inclusive and safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and monitor compensation and benefits policies aligned with MSF standards.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations and incentive program analyses.
• Support organizational development projects, including change management, training needs assessments and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with line managers and HR teams to ensure fair and transparent reward practices.
• Provide guidance on safeguarding policies and ensure compliance with SEAH (sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment) standards.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in compensation, benefits or organizational development, preferably in an international or humanitarian context.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, equity and diversity principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compensation structures and benefit design.
• Experience with organizational development methodologies.
• Familiarity with HR policies on safeguarding and SEAH.
