RFP Research, Analysis & Response Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented RFP Research, Analysis & Response Associate to strengthen our proposal pipeline. You will identify high‑value RFP/RFI/Tender opportunities, analyse requirements, coordinate internal teams and craft winning proposal responses for Go Truckin’s trucking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously scan public and private procurement portals to source relevant RFP/Tender opportunities.
• Review solicitations, build compliance matrices and conduct Go/No‑Go assessments.
• Draft and edit proposal narratives, including executive summaries, qualifications and project plans.
• Collaborate with technical leads, operations, and leadership to gather pricing, specifications and performance data.
• Assemble, format, proofread and upload final proposal packages before strict deadlines.
• Maintain a repository of boiler‑plate content, case studies and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in bid management, tender preparation, proposal writing or procurement analysis.
• Proven track record submitting proposals to state agencies, international organisations or B2B clients.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
