Rope Access Technician

About the role

Precision Access Solutions is seeking motivated young professionals to join its rope access team. The Rope Access Technician will receive structured on‑the‑job training while supporting technical operations across electrical, welding, fabrication, inspection and maintenance projects in challenging height environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in electrical works, welding and fabrication tasks at height.
• Perform inspections, routine maintenance and specialist access projects.
• Follow strict safety procedures and company standards.
• Undertake a structured training programme leading to internationally recognised rope‑access certifications.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Installation Technology, Welding & Fabrication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (with welding experience) or Mechatronics Engineering (advantage).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in working at height and developing a career in industrial rope access.
