Sales Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to support our manufacturing operations in Nairobi. The role involves managing sales orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare accurate sales documentation.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to generate leads and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and sales records.
• Prepare regular sales reports and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in hygiene products, medical liquids, pharmaceuticals or related sectors.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
