Sales Agent – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

The Sales Agent will promote Kayuma Digital Hub’s website development and management services to prospective clients in Kenya. Working hybrid from Nairobi’s Westlands area, you will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business prospects through calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Present service solutions, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and outcomes in the company’s sales tools.
• Follow up with existing clients to support retention and upsell opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Participate in regular training sessions to keep product knowledge current.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with ability to resolve inquiries and build long‑term relationships.
• Experience in sales or client‑facing roles in Kenya (preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance products or related sectors is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
