Sales Agent – Electric Motorbikes

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Agents to promote and sell electric motorbikes in Kisumu and Meru. You will be the face of our brand, generating leads, building relationships and helping customers transition to clean mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, online platforms and networking events.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing detailed product information.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and report progress to management.
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback and relay insights to the product team.
• Provide post‑sales support, handle queries and ensure timely delivery.
• Record all activities in the company’s CRM system and submit regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (mid‑level).
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
