Sales Associate – Buyer Facing

About the role

Peach is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate – Buyer Facing to drive car sales in Nairobi. You will guide customers through the buying journey, understand their needs, and close deals while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey, handling complaints and providing proactive communication.
• Collect and accurately input data into trackers and CRM systems on time to support sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Inspections, Fleet, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing to promote sales growth.
• Stay informed about the automotive industry and competitive landscape to advise customers effectively.
• Conduct needs assessments, present vehicles, negotiate pricing, financing, and trade‑ins, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Follow up with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, schedule test drives, and keep customers updated on offers.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, lead follow‑up schedules, and performance.
