Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will be the face of The Chef’s Warehouse, delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail establishments. This role focuses on growing revenue through new business development and expanding existing accounts while showcasing the company’s premium food products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Compile prospect lists using networking, industry publications, trade shows, and online sources.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to visit existing and prospective customers and secure orders.
• Present products using samples or catalogs, highlighting features and benefits that meet customer needs.
• Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare contracts for orders obtained.
• Provide estimates, maintain order timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
