Sales Associate

About the role

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to act as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, hotels and retail establishments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify and compile prospective customer lists from networking events, trade shows, industry publications and online sources.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to meet existing and potential customers, present product samples or catalogs, and secure orders.
• Quote pricing and credit terms, prepare proposals and follow through to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders and sales activity.
