Sales Coordinator

About the role

Jaysur Cognitive Management Limited is looking for a Sales Coordinator to oversee property sales activities from lead generation through to successful transaction completion in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate property sales activities from lead generation to successful transaction completion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
• Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and project launches with timely follow‑up on prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless sales operations and timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in a sales coordination role within the real estate or property development sector.
• Strong knowledge of property sales processes, CRM, and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, work under pressure and meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, CRM or Real Estate is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
