About the role

Join AutoXpress Limited for a six‑month internship that offers hands‑on exposure to automotive retail operations, sales support, and customer service. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to build a career in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and learn best practices for providing exceptional customer service, assisting sales advisors and handling inquiries or complaints.
• Support store operations including cash handling, visual merchandising, safety, security and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in sales activities, customer engagement, product promotion and analysis of sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop product knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including features, specifications and installation procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and branch operations tasks under supervision.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn about retail and the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
