Sales Development Representative – Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Development Representative to drive new business for our digital marketing and social media services. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and educating prospects about the benefits of organic social media marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and qualify prospects interested in social media marketing services.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities.
• Present the company’s value proposition to decision‑makers.
• Educate clients on the advantages of organic social media and content creation.

Required profile

• Advanced conversational English (B2+/C1) for interaction with U.S. clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales BPO environments.
• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Base salary plus commission structure (up to 10% on new business and recurring monthly commissions on active contracts).
• Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM Kenya time).
