Sales Development Representative

About the role

Arybit Technologies is seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives to identify prospective customers, generate qualified opportunities, and support the company’s rapid growth across Africa and global markets. As the first point of contact, you will introduce Arybit’s AI‑driven solutions, schedule product demos, and build a robust pipeline for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects in enterprise, government, startup, and SME segments.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to inform product and business strategy.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
