Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Graduate Training

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) trainee will power CloudPlexo's sales engine by building a robust pipeline and delivering qualified opportunities to Account Executives. This graduate‑training position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive on high‑volume outreach and cold calling within the cloud computing market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily high‑volume cold calls and targeted outbound prospecting to engage decision‑makers worldwide.
• Leverage email campaigns and social selling to secure discovery meetings and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Articulate CloudPlexo’s value proposition across its portfolio, including GenAI, cybersecurity, managed SaaS, AWS billing optimisation, and large‑scale migrations.
• Schedule and confirm initial meetings and product demos for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate activity and prospect data in the CRM and consistently meet activity and qualification targets.
• Participate in sales strategy sessions and provide feedback to improve outreach methods.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in sales, customer service, call centre, or high‑volume communications.
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• High energy, competitive spirit, and strong resilience in client interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and executive presence.
