Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive property sales for a fast‑growing real‑estate portfolio in Nairobi. You will generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert sales leads into successful property transactions.
• Maintain a personal client database and follow up on all prospects.
• Prepare weekly reports on activations, leads and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on forecasts and targets.
• Conduct site visits, present property features, pricing and investment options.
• Negotiate sales terms within company guidelines.
• Liaise with Legal and Administration to process sale agreements and contracts.
• Update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide market feedback to Marketing and recommend product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven with a proven record of meeting sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
