Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will focus on acquiring and managing public and private high schools as clients for CCTV and security solutions. Based in Nairobi, you will work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored proposals and ensure smooth project hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach high schools (public and private) as prospective customers for CCTV and security installations.
• Conduct site visits and needs assessments to recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical team.
• Build and maintain relationships with school administrations, boards of management, and county education offices.
• Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close sales in line with company pricing policy.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project hand‑over after a sale.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions, leads, and the sales pipeline.
• Represent Threecs at education‑sector events, school forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide basic after‑sales follow‑up and escalate technical queries as needed.
• Submit regular sales activity and progress reports to the HR/Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate or internship background (as indicated in qualifications).
• Minimum of 24 months of relevant sales experience.
