Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join J&I Consult Limited’s fast‑growing human food business in Nairobi. The role focuses on acquiring and managing orders from distributors, supermarkets, minimarts and retail shops across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Sign up major retail chains and distributors in the designated region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail outlets to ensure a steady flow of orders.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment for existing customers.
• Collect client feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Collaborate with production to align schedules with demand forecasts.
• Manage the company’s social media pages and engage with customers online.
• Work with the ICT team to create website content.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing (a degree in Marketing is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG retail sales to distributors, supermarkets or minimarkets.
• Existing customer base in the target region is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer‑engagement abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in social media management and online client engagement.
