Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive field sales activities in Nairobi. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing relationships and achieving sales targets across retail, fashion and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer accounts independently.
• Conduct field visits and travel within the assigned territory to promote products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.
• Maintain customer information using CRM and other management tools.
• Utilise WhatsApp and Excel for communication and data tracking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, automotive, motorcycle, agricultural machinery, spare parts or FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Valid driving licence (advantageous).
• Good English; Kiswahili highly preferred.
