Sales Executive – Multiple Openings

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves driving revenue growth by promoting our steel and metal products to both existing and new customers. Five positions are available, offering a chance to develop a career in a fast‑moving FMCG and manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs.
• Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio through prospecting, networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, prepare quotations and negotiate agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market and competitor insights to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or retail is an advantage.
