Sales Executive – Student Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive student recruitment for Medprime Training College. The role involves promoting our academic programmes and achieving enrollment targets through various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students and meet assigned enrollment targets.
• Promote programmes via direct marketing, telesales, social media, school visits, exhibitions and community outreach.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospects, parents and stakeholders through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and walk‑ins.
• Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring complete and timely documentation.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects to maximise conversion.
• Provide professional front‑office support and maintain an organised reception area.
• Record all recruitment activities accurately in the institution’s systems.
• Build and sustain relationships with schools, community partners and referral sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on recruitment performance.
• Represent the college professionally and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Customer Service, Education or related field.
• At least 24 months of experience in sales, marketing, admissions, customer service or student recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance, integrity and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms (email, WhatsApp, social media).
