About the role
The Sales Intern will support the sales team at Kiddie Kloset by assisting with daily tasks, lead generation and client communication while gaining hands‑on experience in the retail and fashion sector.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers to generate leads.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Draft and send emails, and make phone calls to clients under supervision.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and meeting materials.
- Attend client calls and negotiations to observe senior staff.
- Conduct market research on competitor products and industry trends.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM software.
