Sales Lead

About the role

The company, a leading provider of power systems, HVAC and infrastructure solutions across Africa, is looking for a Sales Lead to drive business growth in Kenya. The role focuses on low‑voltage panels, HVAC systems and electrical power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for LV panels, HVAC and power solutions.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in the Kenyan market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Support bid preparation, quotations and tender processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the power and energy sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven track record selling electrical solutions, preferably LV panels and HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan market and industry landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
