Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the admissions and sales team to drive student enrolment for Ace Med Staffing Limited. This role focuses on developing strategies, building partnerships, and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the admissions/sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Build partnerships with schools, organisations and other stakeholders to generate leads.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the student recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
