Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business growth for industrial valve and flow‑control solutions in Kenya’s manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will combine market research, client outreach and sales negotiations to expand the company’s customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote and market industrial valves, flow‑control products, and related solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations and market research.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in industrial sales, engineering products or technical sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
