Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth across corporate, travel, tourism, events and leisure segments. You will combine strategic prospecting with integrated digital marketing to generate leads, close deals and enhance our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel, tourism, events and leisure markets.
• Build and maintain B2B relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, NGOs and government institutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking activities and site visits to generate leads and close sales.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize contracts, corporate agreements and partnership proposals.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, create promotional content, email campaigns, newsletters and digital assets.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights to improve ROI.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records in CRM software and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within hospitality, tourism, luxury leisure or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
