Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate & Property Management

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive growth of our property portfolio by acquiring new clients and promoting our real‑estate services. You will work closely with property owners and prospective buyers to expand our market presence in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
• Grow the property portfolio through active client acquisition.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage online and offline property advertising to enhance digital visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and provide market insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in sales, marketing, business development or property management.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Aggressive business‑development mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
• Resilient, independent and passionate about sales and relationship management.
