Sales & Marketing Support (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales & Marketing Support professional to help a Pennsylvania‑based martial arts academy grow its member base. The position is part‑time (10‑20 hours per week) and focuses on lead generation, CRM management and digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize GoHighLevel (GHL) contact pipelines, stages and tags.
• Execute direct outreach to prospective gym leads via GHL automations and manual follow‑ups.
• Conduct proactive Instagram direct‑message outreach to drive local engagement.
• Update local listings on Google Business Profile, Yelp and Facebook with new photos each week.
• Draft weekly AI‑generated blog posts using ChatGPT and submit drafts for owner review.
• Track and compile sales‑funnel metrics (leads, bookings, shows, closures) and membership retention data.
• Generate weekly scorecards and performance reports for leadership.
• Attend weekly operations check‑ins, document meeting notes and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in lead generation, sales‑pipeline management or appointment setting for U.S. businesses.
• At least 1 year remote support experience for a U.S. company.
• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel CRM pipelines, contact list management and manual text outreach.
• Proven ability to keep digital reporting sheets up‑to‑date and track membership metrics.
• Experience conducting direct‑message outreach on Instagram.
