Sales Representative - Alcoholic Beverages

About the role

Retail Concepts Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth of its alcoholic beverage portfolio across Nairobi’s Westlands district. The role focuses on acquiring new retail, wholesale and on‑trade customers while expanding sales within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue and collection targets.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new retail, wholesale, hospitality and on‑trade customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts through regular visits and service.
• Execute route plans to maximise outlet coverage and productivity.
• Ensure product availability, proper merchandising and promotional display compliance.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and trends.
• Submit daily sales, call and market reports and keep accurate customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments within approved credit terms.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG or alcoholic‑beverage sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new customers.
• Valid driving licence or experience riding a motorcycle.
