Sales Representative – Check‑off Loans

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to promote our check‑off loan products. You will work directly with customers in the Kiambu area, guiding them through the loan application process and helping them meet their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for check‑off loan products.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, calls and other channels.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, repayment terms and requirements.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process and ensure timely processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, banking, micro‑finance or financial services is an advantage.
• Experience selling check‑off loans is highly preferred.
• Target‑driven, results‑oriented with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to conduct field sales and customer visits.
• Must currently reside in Kiambu.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of KES 15,000 per month.
• Additional 7% commission on sales.
