Sales Representative

About the role

Toptech Refueling Solution Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the promotion and sale of its refueling equipment, fuel management systems and related accessories across Nairobi and surrounding markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell refueling equipment, fuel management systems and accessories.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to build strong relationships and gather market intelligence.
• Identify and develop new customers and target markets to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer needs, competitor activities and industry trends.
• Develop and implement monthly sales strategies and action plans to meet targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in mechanical, engineering, energy, petroleum or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
