Sales Representative – Land Sales (Contractor)

About the role

Surevest Properties Ltd is looking for energetic Sales Representatives to market and sell company land to prospective clients in Nairobi. This contractor position focuses on generating qualified leads, guiding clients through the buying process, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital marketing and field prospecting.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations and client meetings to showcase land features.
• Educate clients on pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and consistently meet assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events.
• Represent Surevest with professionalism, integrity and excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to stay updated on market trends.
